Our Story
Our story is not our own. The farm was built over the course of 40+ years by the previous owners, the Weiner family. The property started as a small hunting cabin nestled amongst tall white pines and oaks. The Weiner family gradually expanded the home, built the outbuildings, carved out trails through the woods, and planted the first Christmas trees. They sold trees at the farm and at a tree lot in nearby Tomah under the name Evergreen Acres.
Dory and David Quinlan purchased and moved to the farm with their family in late February of 2021. They planted their first trees and broke ground on the flower beds that spring. They sold their first flower bouquets in the summer of 2022 and re-opened the Christmas Tree farm in late November that same year.
The name “EverJoy Valley Farm” pays homage to Dave’s late mother, Joyce, and her everlasting joy for her family and the Christmas season. The tiny bird perched inside our logo was something Joyce added to her signature on letters and cards. It is symbol of love and family.
